We try to respond to all email enquiries the same day, but we are a small team so it can take up to 24 hours during busy periods.

PRODUCTION TIME

As we produce everything on demand, it takes about 2-3 weeks to finalize your order before sending it to you. A little extra time but as a reward you will receive a truly unique product design.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by Colissimo and are timed and tracked.

Europe
8€ + 5€ per additional item | 2-5 days

Rest of the World
30€ + 5€ per additional item | 2-3 weeks

All fees, taxes and duties are included in the price of items purchased on the website. You will not be charged anything extra on delivery.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

• We use Colissimo delivery services for most online orders including international deliveries.
• Should there be a delay or any issue with your delivery, please contact [email protected] for help in resolving the problem.
• International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• When ordering from Hottter Studios you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
